A practiced specialist in Workers’ Compensation law, Paul Luscher brings 19 years of experience in to his practice at Morse,Giesler,Callister & Karlin since joining the firm in July of 2006. Paul’s decision to practice law was something of a choice to go into the family business, as his uncle and grandfather, both Swiss citizens, practiced law in Switzerland. He started out in Workers’ Compensation and has stayed in the field throughout his career. Paul’s commitment to excellent legal services focuses on communication: I always respond to phone calls and e-mails immediately and make every attempt to contact clients at least one week prior to a hearing to advise them of relevant facts and confirm my strategy. Keeping clients appraised of the specifics of their case every step of the way saves them from being surprised by a situation, pleasant or otherwise, at the time of a hearing. The son of a Swiss father and an English mother, Paul was born in Salem, Massachusetts and moved with his family to the Sacramento area in 1963. He currently lives in Roseville, California where he is active in the California Bluegrass Association. An avid amateur photographer, Paul also enjoys his participation in the Leica Historical Society of America, and the Nikon Historical Society.
