Associate Peter M. Wilkens Peter Wilkens joined Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin in 2003. A native of Houston, Peter began his law career as prosecutor in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a Deputy County Attorney of Kauai before moving to Sacramento in 1990. He has worked as litigation / trial attorney for insurance companies, emphasizing workers’ compensation defense, subrogation recovery and general liability defense. Peter has also been in private practice, focusing on the prosecution and defense of employment / wrongful termination cases, criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Peter also teaches business and employment law at the University of Phoenix, and he is licensed to practice in California, Texas and Hawaii. South Texas College of Law |
