Associate Sukhdeep Kaur
skaur@mgcklawyers.com

MGC&K's Fresno office is managed by Sukhdeep Kaur. When Ms. Kaur joined MGC&K in September '06, she arrived with over five years of experience in workers' compensation defense. She had obtained several "take nothings" and favorable trial and reconsideration verdicts. With her negotiation skills and creative approaches to file handling, she also achieved numerous expeditious settlements for her clients. In law school, Sukhdeep clerked at the California Department of Justice and a downtown Sacramento law firm which sparked her interest in litigation, employment law, and workers' comp. In addition to maintaining an assertive approach to file handling and remaining current on the law, excellent writing and communication skills enable Sukhdeep to zealously advocate for her clients. Besides law, Sukhdeep enjoys traveling, running, ballroom dancing, and reading the classics. She is fluent in four languages.
