Tim is a partner and the managing attorney for the Sacramento office of Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin. He grew up in Sacramento, joined the Army after high school and was stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Tim was a member of the Ramstein boxing team and the Fort Stewart boxing team and was a member of the U.S. Army boxing team in 1979. Tim fought in tournaments all over Europe. After the Army, he returned to college and attended night school while working as a property manager and later on at an auto parts store. Tim earned his J.D. in 1988. He opened and established the Fresno branch of a large Workers Compensation firm in 1991. Tim began doing defense work in 1992 and became a certified workers compensation specialist representing and defending large employers, municipalities and school districts. Tim joined the Morse, Giesler, Callister & Karlin Sacramento office in December 2001 and became a partner in 2003. Tim is a reluctant handyman, restores muscle cars, rides an old Harley and brews special beers for celebrations. Tim and his wife raise llamas, pygmy goats and boxer dogs on a ranch in Herald, California.
